Land, Labor, Capital, and Entrepreneurship Interviews

Please answer the following questions yourself.  In addition, interview at least one other student who isn't in the class.  Finally, interview at least two adults and record their answers as well.  In the end, you should have interview answers from four different people.

You will probably have to explain what the concepts in the questions actually mean.

1. Should the US open up the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil exploration and drilling?  Why or why not?  Who owns the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge?

2. Is there anything that is presently legal to buy or sell that should not be bought and sold?  Is their any good whose purchase or sale you would be willing to make illegal?

3. What work do you do?  Do you feel that your job is fulfulling, properly-paid, and essentially fair?  Explain.  (Non-working people should talk about either their last job or the job they hope to soon have.)

4. Do you feel that you have any significant capital?  Do you actually use your wealth to make more wealth?  Explain.  Are you comfortable with your relationship to capital?  (Example: You have it and you like working with it, you don't have any but you wish you could have the fun of working with it, etc.)

5. Are you a business owner or entrepreneur?  If so, do you enjoy the role?  If not, would you like to be one?  Explain.
