2. Is modern genetic screening for diseases like Huntington's and Tay-Sachs (where mothers sometimes get abortions after they hear positive results) any different from Nazi racial policy and treatment of "defectives?"

 

3. Is a man like Hoess, who was, "just following orders," still guilty of war crimes?  At what point should a military man disobey orders?

 

4. Should the Poles, Czechs, Russians, and Jews freed by the Allied armies have been "turned loose" on the German prisoners of war captured at the end of the war?
