Only worry about assignments that have an entry. I enter the assignments as I go, but they aren't always graded. If an assignment shows no score, it it's just blank, that means that I haven't graded it yet. If it says, "mi," that means that the students didn't turn the assignment in. If an assignment says, "dr," that means that I dropped the assignment as a requirement for that student. That means that the assignment neither helps nor hurts that student's grade.

The grades posted on the Source are the ones that will go on each student's grade for the class, so make sure these are correct. I've got 98 students right now and will assign about 30 assignments per quarter. That's 2940 assignments to grade. I'm sure I'll make a few mistakes on data entry, and it's your job to catch them in a timely manner.

Thanks, James Couture
